Dynamics 365 has the ability to create 5 non-interactive user accounts per instance with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). These accounts are used for programmatic access to and from Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement apps between applications. The advantage of using these accounts is that they do not need any license.
The Service Account can now be used in your Web Service integrations, but you will not be able to directly login to the Dynamics 365 CRM Web Client with this account.
