Robotic Process Automation(RPA) #3: Register System

Introduction

In this Blog will see the register system to Power Automate for Desktop with the Power Automate Environment.

In the previous blog, we have seen the installation of the Power Automate for Desktop (PAD) https://srinathpega.com/2022/08/10/robotic-process-automationrpa-2-install-power-automate-for-desktop-application/

Register System Steps:

1. Open the Power Automate for Desktop App in the system.

2. Click on settings on the top bar.

3. . Click the Open machine settings link under Machine setting.

4. it will open the Power Automate machine runtime app. and the environment will auto register with the system.

NOTE: Users will need either an Environment Maker or desktop Flow Machine Owner role
permission to register machines. Before registering a machine, make sure that you have the required permissions, and that there is an available environment to register the new machine in.
